SECURITY POLICY

Five Aviation Security Policy responsibility is to update its security program according to the new and amend regulations as well all standards recommended practices (SARPs) from ICAO, IATA and Sudan civil aviation authority for international and domestic cargo air transport according to the promulgated Annex 17 of aviation security.

  • Security program is planed for all organization staff and spells out the goals and Maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and records
  • Security program explain specifies roles and responsibilities, compliance monitoring and enforcement, and alignment with other organizational policies and principles.
  • Managing and updating our security program regularly for measuring its effectiveness Managing and overseeing our organization security work program implementation
  • Ensuring to develop and train our staff to the highest level to meet the international security standards
  • Promoting implementation of our security program and providing support for different departments within our organization, especially operation department to ensure implementing the security high standard and best practice.
  • Provide reports for security incidents for investigation and implementing corrective actions Provide support to various governing entities
  • Fostering cooperation on security matters with other regulated agencies and authority
  • To be active part of airport AVSEC security committee to minimize threats and unlawful interference
  • It is the organization staff responsibility to familiarize themself with security program and follow it strictly
  • Security program can be accessed remotely according to the staff role via our organization system
